I was happy with Jasmine’s service to start with and for our first visa matter. However, with the second sponsorship, nomination, and subclass visa process, she completely dropped the ball. The applications submitted contained errors, and the SBS application was lodged without all required supporting attachments, despite those documents already being provided to her. As a result, the SBS application failed. She also failed to notify us of the decisions for both the nomination and visa applications within the required timeframes, including outside the period needed to lodge an appeal. Despite repeated requests, she further failed to provide the refusal letters and reasons for decision in a timely manner, which delayed our ability to properly respond and ultimately forced us into an ART appeal process. We then engaged another migration agent who reprocessed the SBS application using the exact same documentation we had originally provided to Jasmine, and it was approved within 2 weeks. Throughout the matter there was non communication, long delays in responses, failure to provide decision letters, and a general lack of transparency and accountability. Considering the seriousness and cost involved in migration matters, the level of service provided was extremely disappointing and caused significant stress, delays, and unnecessary expense to our business. I have engaged a lawyer and will proceed to magistrates' court and lodge a complaint via OMARA. I would not recommend Jasmine’s services.

Would NOT recommend this agency. Communication was poor and they were not transparent throughout the process. There was a lack of proper guidance and professionalism, which made everything stressful and frustrating.
