I cannot recommend Marcella more if you are looking to information and advice really on where to start if you are considering Australia as your next destination, she is so helpful and full of so much practical information, that gave me direction on where should I go next with me going to Australia to work/live. Before i was going around Australian gov. websites and could wrap my head around what to do, where to write, how generally get myself started, after talking with Marcella I now know from where should I start my preparations, what websites are useful to visit and what things should I do to get my chances higher of getting Australian visas. If you are thinking of going to Australia to work or study, definitely you should contact Marcella.

As a student, choosing the right visa pathway that could lead to permanent residency can be a daunting task. This is especially true for those outside of Australia (I was one of them) with very little knowledge of the country’s challenging immigration policies. I did my fair share of research from my home country, spent a good few months at least, but still felt the need of expert advice before deciding on which course and visa to apply. That’s when I decided to consult with Marcella. She really helped make sure I had ticked all the boxes and pointed me in the right direction. My intention was to ultimately get Australian permanent residency and Marcella gave me personalised and strategic advice based on my current condition including background and work experience. She laid out multiple student to PR visa options and explained the risks and benefits of each pathway very thoroughly. She was also very responsive and made sure I understood the entire process clearly. You will soon realize how knowledgeable and dedicated she is from your first few conversations with her. Prior to talking to Marcella, my husband and I have checked the Australian government department of home affairs site thoroughly, however we still had so many questions regarding the process. We both also came from non english speaking countries so we weren’t familiar with some terms/document names. We contacted Marcella regarding our intention to apply for Australian permanent residence and she suggested which visa type was our best chance to apply. She also made us aware of other visa options under the skills select stream and which occupations we can choose to apply under for our case. This made us feel good as she gave us personalised advice based on our circumstances and cleared up a lot of confusion. During this time, she was very quick to respond to our numerous questions which we really appreciated due to our different time zones and cheering us on every step of the way. She also gave us some good tips to help us pass the English exams, lodge the final documents, how to get our invites and finally our grant! This entire process took only 3 months from our first contact to Marcella to getting our PR grant, which was unexpectedly fast for us. This was only delayed due to holidays and some document translation issues. Applying for a permanent resident visa to another country can be an overwhelming process and we are very grateful for Marcella’s service. She was very clear in describing the process and advising which step we should take first. I know we would be quite lost without her help. We really enjoy our lives here in Australia, so glad we decided to migrate and we had a positive experience during that process thanks to Marcella. We got our citizenship just a year ago and she was one of the first people we told.
