My employer arranged SIRVA and their sister company Allied to do my relocate to Brisbane. I have to say it is the worst relocate company I’ve met, they cannot arrange home removal with a right time initially. I kept asking and finally they found one. Anyway it was not transparent and not efficient at all, as a relocate service provider. And they do things in the last second, which made me not comfortable. Anyway, I will say no to this company, the worst experience.

Had to recently ship staff from NL to WA. The worst private company I had to deal with: They are expensive (on average 30% more than the other companies because they located in Perth?), sub-par service quality (basically they have dumped the content of the container in the house whereas they were supposed to unpacked the items) and correspondence is poor (so far every letter had started with "sorry for the delay..").

Nothing but disappointment and aggravation in dealing with SIRVA on a move from Brisbane to Perth. Movers showed up late and did not bring the wardrobe boxes I specifically requested, resulting in deeply creased and unwearable clothing arriving in Perth. The insurance claim to rectify this was refused, a process that took nearly 7 weeks instead of the promised 15 days. If you can possibly avoid SIRVA, do.

My company used Sirva to manage my interstate. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs. From the first day there was terrible communication from their side, they not answer calls or emails, there is no confirmation of the removal date or that the move will go ahead. No confirmation that the move is insured. I would give zero stars if possible.

Fantastic move from Canberra to Dublin. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with from the consultant who came to the house, to the packers and the delivery crew. I would certainly recommend them and use them again. Also, very competitively priced.
