Worst experience I’ve ever experienced with a moving company. The literally don’t do anything. All the work gets down by sub contractors who you could coordinate yourself. Didn’t assist in finding a rental in our destination country. Failed to accurately coordinate and communicate our allowed house hold goods. Convinced me I was only authorized 1/4 of the weight I was entitled to. Then after the move offer to move more. Like I’m going to fly internationally to collect materials that haven’t already been sold off or given away. Failed to provided house hunting leave that they were contracted to provide. Failed to communicate in detail allowances authorized by my company. Such as car rental. Couldn’t justify cost of living adjustments. Use the Mercer tables which do not disclose how they arrive to their costs. Formulated my cola to be 0% to the State Dept’s 24%, offered no justification. Will never use again.

The most unethical removal company, not only they damage belongings, but deny any responsibility and in fact they make egregiously false statements just to absolve themselves of paying reimbursement. Their service is deplorable.

I can not add no stars. They allow their contractors to ruin your goods and then refuse to pay on their insurance. Refuse their service if your referred. No one is in Australia. All based through out Asia
