Cristina is honestly the best. She genuinely cares about her clients. We waited a very long time to have our partner visa approved (through no fault of the application, it was just the processing times of the DOFA at the time). Cristina guided us with great sincerity and care and made sure we had everything we needed. At no point did the processors ask for any additional information or clarity from us, Cristina had everything covered. She was patient and showed authentic regard for our situation and case. She made us feel like we were the only case she was handling, although I’m sure she was looking after many clients just like us. Cristina also took her time when speaking with my partner, who’s still learning English. She explained everything carefully and made sure he understood each step of the process. She kept us fully informed of any updates and changes and even with the long processing time, we never felt anxious about our application, as we had full confidence in Cristina and her knowledge. We will be forever thankful to Cristina for all of her efforts, time and guidance. She is a true professional with a kind heart and we will be recommending her to anyone who needs her services.
