The relationship with API was great up until the point I payed the first half of around 3k to the first installment for a very expensive visa. Ends up my dad was diagnosed with cancer and I decided to leave Australia and to cancel the contract few months after it was signed. They refused to give me any money back. Not everything as part of the first installment was done. But they say it was. It wasnt. Still, I heard a no. Apart from this, they were efficient with covid visa. So, my advise to you is: Make sure you add something clear in regards to work performed, add something about reimbursement for the work not yet done, look after yourself and your rights before signing a contract with API. Now, I am writing this google review hoping you get some clarity and hoping that the company can be a bit more fair and flexible in the way they treat their clients. It cant be all about money... I had written a first review complimenting them, but after this no, sorry, my opinion changed. Good luck.
