Sandie and her team worked on my fiancée visa to join me in Australia. Visa was approved in less than a year and during the application sandie and her team were working along with me an my fiancée to make sure we had prepared all documents required before the immigration ask for them. Visa Assist Australia staff are very professional in their ways on doing things. Wouldnt hesitate to refer a friend to them.

Sandra made our impossible dream come true. She managed to realise visas for one adult (my partner) and three kids from a remote village in the PNG highlands. Under Sandra's guidance we started with little English and no birth certificates. The visas were granted in just over 9 months. Highly Recommend... I can Honestly say we have had the best outcome using Visa Assist Organisation. Sandra and her team were outstanding. They assisted in helping bring my husband during Covid and then they also helped with bringing my mother in law for a vacation. It is the best immigration aren't. The payment they charge is cheap and responsible. Actually my case is pretty tough, due to certain reason. They didn’t charge any extra payment , and never give up dealing my case with the Immigration Department. I am very lucky and appreciate what ever they had done for me.

Was going to book an initial meeting, wanted to know before-hand if 3 months is enough time to allow for the process before paying $330 for the consultation. Very rude phone manner, interrupted me and would not even hear my question before dismissing me. I will be going elsewhere.
