With the help of my agent Lisa De Leon of Australian Visa Options Applied: June 2020 After multiple RFI’s Referred to VACCU due to sponsor criminal record: July 2022 Our relationship is happy but too much high and lows 1st Physical abuse happened when I’m pregnant and I just forgive him and didn’t save and evidence. But I didn’t know there’s gonna be 2nd,3rd,4th and so on I don’t want to involve any police but with the help of child protection and social workers and hospitals doctor they enlighten me that the abuse is a cycle and it will not end so without my consent they do tell the police and even if I don’t want any DVO they file for it and I can’t drop it. 10/MARCH/2023 - My lovely agent uploaded all the evidence of FV. April - Rfi - second medical/form 1229 Thank you Lisa for your help over the years, especially nearer the start of my application and the years after that when everything went wrong. 😭 you never left me and you make sure that I get my permanent residency! You’re the best! I highly recommend her!!! 🤍 Having an agent with this kind of case is very helpful. Because I can’t even think properly due to the ending of our relationship. And grieving due to separation so quickly because when the police came and child safety to our house they kick him out and not allowed to be near from us.
