I’ve been with Avenues Overseas for the last 8 years, and honestly my experience has been excellent throughout. They’ve helped me with all my visa processes as well as sponsoring overseas staff, and everything has always been handled smoothly. Over the years, their team has been very supportive and easy to deal with. They explain things clearly, stay in touch, and guide you properly at every step so nothing feels confusing or stressful. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I’ve always felt I was in good hands with them. Highly recommend Avenues Overseas to anyone needing visa or migration help.
We had approached Avenues Overseas for a visitor visa application and a student visa consultation. In both cases we received well researched, thought out and honest feedback, along with a plan of action. Our visitor visa application did have some prior complications so it wasn't a straight forward application. However, Ambika and her team really did their homework and a thorough job. We did get our visa approved. We absolutely trust AO and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking visa related (or other) services.
I got such a very honestly and very good consultancy about the way of 482 visa and I followed the all kind of instructions which is given by Ambika Ma'am. ***Very disappointing and stressful experience — I would strongly advise caution before using this agent for Australian PR matters*** I consulted Ambika Kushvaha from Avenue Overseas on 7 April for my wife’s Australian PR visa application and paid $120 for the consultation. I had already completed the major parts of the process myself, including EOI, skills assessment, pre-invite and final invitation. I only needed professional guidance at the final visa lodgement stage. My wife is a physiotherapist in Australia, and we had claimed her Indian clinic work experience. Before the consultation, I had already sent the relevant documents for review. Despite this, I was told that if we lodged the PR application with those documents, the visa would likely be refused. I was also told that the Department does not consider skills assessment documents, which I later found to be completely incorrect advice. When I asked for a solution, I was advised to do NAATI and Superior English to increase points and avoid claiming the work experience points. This advice made no practical sense because once an invitation is received, the EOI points are locked and cannot simply be changed in that way at the visa lodgement stage.After grant of visa i called her to say that your advice to compensate point with superior pte and NAATI was wrong ( 3 MARA agent confirmed it) she sent me a screenshot of random group of agent said it that type of point changes are allowed but when i told her that i got official response from Department of home affairs Australia that everything is locked after invite,we can't change anything in EOI that is related to point( everything should be back dated not after invite date), Even after all this explanation she was not willing to accept her mistake. I am planning to lodge complain Regarding this type of false advice to Office of MARA. Because of this advice, I went through unnecessary panic, mental pressure, frustration and sleepless nights. I was made to feel that my wife’s PR application was at serious risk, even though our documents were already strong enough and sufficient. After this, I consulted three other MARA agents. All of them clearly told me that the advice I received from Ambika Kushvaha was wrong and that my documents were suitable for lodgement. I then lodged the visa application myself, and my wife’s PR was granted within 25 days without any further information request. In my opinion, this was poor and misleading professional advice after taking a paid consultation fee. If I had blindly followed this advice, I could have wasted money, time and possibly damaged a strong PR application. I am writing this review to warn others so they do not suffer the same mental , financial stress. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Ambika Kushvaha or Avenue Overseas for Australian PR visa advice. DO NOT RISK YOUR AUSTRALIAN DREAM BY CONSULTING AND TAKING ADVICE FROM HER.( i have all the proof for this if she denied this review)

Ambika has been a tremendous help with my Australian visas, from my graduate visa to submitting my EOI and ultimately securing a 482 visa. At the beginning of the year, I was in a very difficult position, but Ambika’s knowledge of the latest visa condition changes and her timely advice to lodge a 482 visa ensured that I could return to Australia. She applied the right strategies to achieve the best outcome without unnecessary delays. Although I have never met her in person, she was always responsive, professional, and honest. My journey with Avenue Overseas started back in 2011 when they had helped me in securing New Zealand's Student Visa followed by getting my husband work visa (it wasn't easy with Level 7 course but they guided me what college/course I should select). They also helped in successfully getting my in - laws visitor visa few years later. And more recently last year they helped me in getting my mum and my unmarried sister visitor visa which wasn't easy so I am forever thankful to them that one of my dreams of calling my family here became possible because of their services. Rita Mam is the best - she was available to answers all the questions I had over email/phone, the application wasn't easy but her guidance and knowledge made it possible.
