I am disappointed by the bajwa immigration, they wasted lots of my time and money. Someone referred me to them, I wanted to have visit visa for my daughter who is becoming medical doctor in Saudi Arabia and is in her last year of study. This company wasted lots of time and money and make our case very weak and slow. They told us to make her route first schenighan,than UK and in the last Australia. After 5 months of wasted time the schenighan visa is refused today. I am very much disappointed and sad because the case to they made first on the old form which embassy told us that the form uploaded is old and reason to travel is not convincing. They ruined my time and money
Hello Guys, I had a very bad experience with Bajwa immigration.My Friend for student visa and given all the documents they have asked for! My visa got refused as mentioned by immigration officer that there is not much information provided to them. Today i checked my file using my reference number and i got to know these people haven’t attached any of my qualifications into the process. They have only attached 4 documents which includes my passport/ health examination/GTE letter and health insurance Only ! Where are qualifications ?? You guys are answerable. They have charged me a service-fee of $3500-$4000 . I wanted to ask you guys for what ? have you charged me so much money if your intentions are not to attached the full documents that i had provided you! I cannot understand, why such people are still in the migration field with zero knowledge! Such people can destroy your career and your visa history. Anyone going to them for visa consultancy please don’t give your future to wrong hands. And yes if anyone here needs proof of whatever i said, please feel free to contact me. I have the whole file with me which the bajwa have made for my Friend’s visa! You have destroyed a future of a bright student! Shame on you Mr.Bajwa ! This review is not fake by any means I am attaching photos of refusal and the legal practitioners name as well. Posting same review on all there offices. So all the needy people will check reviews before going to these people !
I highly recommend Mandeep and his team.I had a complex situation with a condition 8503 on my previous visa and needed to apply for a permanent one. Despite being incredibly short on time, they put in exceptional effort and successfully met our tight deadline. Their fee is very reasonable and legitimate for the outstanding quality of work they provide. Excellent service over all!
—— Must read before reaching them out————- Extremely unprofessional. After giving me full assurance about my 186 visa case, they became unresponsive and ignored repeated follow-ups. Once I clearly withdrew and said I would not proceed, they still contacted my manager anyway in a careless and unprofessional manner, which damaged my credibility. When questioned, the excuse given did not match the actual email timestamp. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise professionals to stay away from this agent.
I booked a consultation with Bajwa Immigration Consultancy, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Over five days, my appointment was repeatedly rescheduled, and I constantly tried to be flexible and accommodating. Despite all my efforts, no one from their team actually called me at the agreed times. Even after agreeing on a final time, I waited patiently while they failed to honor their commitment. This shows a complete lack of respect for clients’ time and demonstrates disorganization and unreliability at the highest level. I have lost all faith in their business. While they eventually refunded my money, no refund can ever compensate for the time, effort, and trust I wasted. If there was an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is not constructive service; it is a waste of time and energy, and I strongly caution anyone considering their services. They need to seriously rethink their professionalism, communication, and how they treat clients.

I was quite surprised that my matter at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) was completed in about 10 minutes, especially considering that I lodged the application nearly two years ago. I had expected the hearing to take longer given the length of time the case had been pending. I respect the tribunal’s process and understand that members may review documents beforehand. However, after waiting such a long time, I had hoped there would be more opportunity to discuss the details of my case during the hearing. I appreciate the work of the tribunal and hope that future applicants are given sufficient time to present their matters, particularly after lengthy waiting periods.
