Bernard assisted me throughout my student visa and permanent residency application process, which have both been granted. Bernard is by far one of the best visa agencies that I've come across. It has been an 10 year dream of mine & my partner to live permanently in Australia. Mr Bernard is an amazing and caring migration agent. He has been helping me with permanent residency visa consultation since I was in university. I had a good experience with Mr Bernard, he was very informative and patient throughout the 2 years of engagement from TR to PR. He made sure that we have done and accomplished all of our visa requirements before applying. When waiting for our PR invitation he kindly answered our follow up questions countlessly, even after work hours and on weekends! Now our visas have been granted and if it wasn’t for him pushing us to complete the visa requirements on time, we wouldn’t be in this fortunate situation!
I don’t even know where to begin but start off with saying I would not be in the country if it were not for Bernard. Bernard first helped me obtain my graduate visa 2 years ago and it was made so easy with Bernard’s help. I was going to attempt doing the application myself, but there was too much paperwork and if you miss one thing, your whole application will not be successful. Bernard not only made a simple to follow schedule for the documents he needed, but also made sure I didn’t miss a thing. Bernard is currently helping me obtain my Permanent residency visa via de facto and once again, was able to have exactly everything I needed laid out in an easy to follow schedule. He answered all my questions along the way, but I didn’t really have that many because he explained it so well.
