Extremely disappointing experience. I called to enquire about migration services and was met with a very poor and unprofessional attitude from the start. There was no greeting whatsoever not even a simple hello or hi. The call began abruptly with “What do you want?” which immediately set an unwelcoming and rude tone. For a service that deals with people during an already stressful and important process, basic professionalism and courtesy should be expected. Unfortunately, this interaction showed a complete lack of both. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable engaging or recommending her migration services to anyone.

I gave my rejected invite case from other agent (famous one), then she took over the case, and got it approved with strong documentation. Similarly, after 4 years, i gave her visitor visa for someone who had rejection 6 months back, and again she got her approval. Its best to start with good agent instead of making her life hard.
