WARNING: Do not trust Denise with your future. If you care about your money, your visa, and your future in Australia — stay far away from this agent. After following her misleading advice, I lost over $10,000, had my visa refused, and was forced to leave Australia within 28 days. From the beginning, I was fully transparent about my situation, which I knew might be sensitive. Denise reassured me several times, saying she had dealt with similar cases before and that they had all been approved. That turned out to be completely false. And once I had paid, everything changed. Her communication became robotic, vague, and unhelpful. No clear guidance, no genuine support, no strategy — just hollow replies and confusion. She told me I could travel overseas and return with no issue, then just one week before my flight, warned me I might not be allowed back in. That last-minute warning cost me a non-refundable round trip to Europe. And when my visa was eventually refused, instead of taking responsibility, she tried to make me sign documents unrelated to immigration, clearly to protect herself legally — and even threatened not to close my case unless I signed. This is not a professional, this is someone who puts your future at risk. Once the money is in her pocket, you’re on your own. Avoid Denise at all costs. She caused serious damage to my life and my plans — don’t let her do the same to you.
