I would like to share my not so good experience from eHub International. I contacted a certain Emil to inquire about Carer Visa and his reply was yes but need to booked an initial consultation for $60 fee which a company requirement. I done paying the fee and booked for 3:30pm consultation the next day. Next day, waiting for the call 3:30pm but no calls and Emil advised that Bijay (who will do the initial consultation) was on another client call and will be calling you when his done. Come 4:45pm and still no call from them, so I called their office but nobody’s answering anymore. I called Emil but he didn’t bother to answer his phone. Then around 6:30pm, Bijay called and apologised for the inconvenience, He said that he was not advised for the scheduled call, he advised that he will refund the initial consultation fee and also requested if he can reschedule it tomorrow for free for the inconvenience and I said ok and we agree 10:00am. Next day, 9:42am, I received a message from Bijay that he was caught up with the Sydney Rail strike and he will be late but he will call me as soon as he arrived at the office. I waited for his call but nothing happened. 11:49am, I gave him a call but he didn’t answer and after that I received the refund. 12:01pm, I called his office and he’s in there, his staff said that he will call me back. Guess what, no call back from him. So take my advice, don’t waste your precious time doing business with them, they are very unprofessional.
I inquired assistance for my 485 application. I contacted Mr. Emil Palon through email. He was accommodating, however, I was misinformed that I was not eligible anymore due to my age (I just turned 35 yrs old) and with the recent immigration changes. Good thing I tried researching and inquiring through a different agency and was recently granted the 485 Post Graduate Visa (no issue with my age as I am still eligible even with the new immigration changes. Misinformation by Mr. Palon was really disappointing and would never get their services again.

Bula vinaka, I thank God for my visa being granted and also with the never-ending support and prayers from my family. At first you had to experience some challenging situations in applying for visa due to many changes from the DHA Immigration Australia but i could say the staff of eHub international in Suva, Fiji and in Sydney was able to handle it well inorder for my visa application to be processed despite all odds till the time it was granted.
