A Very Responsible and Professional Lawyer We had been house hunting for three months and were seriously interested in about five or six properties during that time. Fantanstic experience with Alex from Legaland. Very professional from the beginning. I purchased my first property and was reccomended Alex who guided me throughout the whole process, providing advice and remained transparent. There were issues with the tenants at the property where there was unpaid bills and repairs - Alex quickly identified this as the issues was not clear at the time and Alex was able to point this out after reviewing EVERY document. Alex represented me well and ensured that I did not inheret the issues upon the purchase.
