I had two sessions over the phone with Ms Majd, and the outcome of both was literally zero. I was told $150 for 45 min consultation. The second time that I talked to her took about 20 minutes, and all she said was to refer me to a subsidised organisation, because she didn't feel confident with that matter. I don't understand why she accepted this session as she already knew that it wasn't in her expertise and she would refer me to someone else (PS the referral was wrong). Other agents do not charge for the first 10-20 minutes and they assess if they can or cannot help, however, Ms Majd gets $150 to tell you if she can or cannot take your case forward.

Mrs. Majd has a lot of experience and she is professional in her field. Although cases have common things in concept, but Mrs. Majd believes each client’s case has its own characteristic and this is the point that makes her job different with other agents. In this manner your case would have maximum chance for winning. I have had success with her job and for my future needs I always choose her. Regardless the result, I would appreciate and do respect her efforts. Highly recommended for reasonable people!
