Having previously used Mapien (specifically Bev Baldwin) to assist with our temporary residency visa (to Australia from the UK), my wife and I were more than happy to use Mapien again when we applied for permanent residency subclass 186 visa. The visa process is long and a lot of work, no matter how you approach it, but with Bev's help we knew that we were not missing anything and that every form had the right content and format. Even after submitting the application, we needed to add our newborn daughter to our application AND urgently adjust our bridging visas to allow for travel back to the UK for family reasons. Bev and the Mapien team made these things a lot easier and quicker to handle than they would have otherwise been which saved a lot of stress in a tough time.
