Today, I received my granted Subclass 482 (Skilled in Demand) visa 🥹 I am so grateful and truly blessed to have Mates by my side. I honestly thought this visa wouldn’t be possible for me, but with your help, nothing felt impossible. I want to share my journey with everyone. Back in January 2023, I had no plans of going to Australia until I saw a friend already here. I started looking for a trustworthy agent because scams are everywhere. That’s when I found Mates International on Facebook. They offered a free orientation at Apo View Hotel in Davao, Philippines. I attended, and to make the story short, they helped me successfully get my student visa. For two years, they guided me and kept me updated throughout my application. After finishing my studies in Australia, I needed another visa. I was working in childcare and needed sponsorship since I wasn’t eligible for the Subclass 485 (Graduate Visa). I moved to a regional area and found a centre willing to sponsor me. At first, I tried another agent. In December 2025, I paid $330 just for a consultation. Unfortunately, the agent lacked patience and quickly judged my employer when they didn’t respond right away. I felt so stressed because my visa was about to expire in 3 months. By January 2026, I decided to go back to Mates International. When I booked a consultation, they didn’t charge me since I was already their client. Ms. Monika personally guided me, explained all the requirements, and communicated with my employer. There were moments I felt overwhelmed because of the number of documents needed. I even called Ms. Monika emotionally, asking if I should apply for another visa instead. But she reassured me and said, “We’ve got this.” Time was running out, I only had one week left before my visa expired. If we didn’t lodge a new visa, I would have to return to my home country. But Ms. Monika never gave up. She followed up with my employer continuously and managed to gather all documents. In just two days, she prepared everything and successfully lodged my visa on March 13, the last possible day before the weekend, with my visa expiring that Sunday. And today… my visa is granted. I truly believe she went above and beyond, even working overtime. But more than that, she gave me constant reassurance and support during one of the most stressful times of my life.
