Well, I’m officially a fan of Maven Education Consultancy! Not only did they help me secure a temporary visa, but they did it with such flair that I almost forgot I was dealing with paperwork and bureaucracy. It felt like I was being guided by a team of visa wizards who sprinkled a bit of magic on my application. Their efficiency was so impressive that I half-expected them to send my visa with a congratulatory balloon. Overall, my experience with this consultancy and the agent ”surabhi” was very disappointing. The agent was often unresponsive to emails and phone calls. The agent provided minimal assistance and did not offer the support I expected from a professional service. I was given incorrect and misleading information about the application process. This led to mistakes in my application, which could have been avoided with proper guidance. I would advise others to seek alternative services that are more transparent, supportive, and professional. Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations and can’t provide the level of service I needed during this crucial time. Because of them my money and 1 year time is going to waste ..
I recently had the pleasure of working with the Maven Migration Team for my visa application.From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and provided a high level of expertise. The team at Maven were incredibly thorough in assessing my eligibility and guiding me through the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring all documentation was in order gave me confidence that my application was in good hands. Throughout the process, the team was highly responsive and provided regular updates on the progress of my application. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, and their prompt and clear communication made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, my experience with the Maven Team was exceptional. Their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service made the visa application process smooth and successful.
If there was an option of rating them lower, I probably would. This company is devoid of three things that any agency should have, professionalism, a good working ethic and the necessary skillset to become a migration agency. Just because you have a good social media presence or are sponsoring events for marketing purposes doesn't equal to you being qualified agents. You cannot be serious as to how unethical these people are. A friend of mine recently had their visa refused from these agents and when I looked over the refusal letter I was honestly shocked as to how shoddy the paperwork was, how easily they could've presented the case well and still chose not to. Prior to the visa refusal, they (my friend) also discovered that the course she was choosing to purse had been superseded in the college referred to her by the agents. Is this not blatantly an attempt to gain commissions rather than looking out for the best interest of the student? The student discovered this when she went to talk to the college staff, the information never made it to the student from the agent, who once again is an "Agent representative" to the college on behalf of the student. When she called back demanding answers from the college, they legitimately said "I forgot to tell you. We have so many clients with your name, that we lost track." In what world is this an acceptable answer from an agent you have paid good money to apply for a visa? These are tough times with newer and stricter laws regarding immigration policies and we are all aware about this. So we expect the agents to be abreast with the type of documentation is required or the training applicants require in dealing with Immigration Officers. A client, in most cases, has very limited knowledge about migration laws and is unaware about how to present your case to an officer, so in this case, does it not come up to the agents to train them or to the least, inform them about how a call is conducted, how to present your information or what information is relevant to your application? This is what happens when an entire industry is run on a rat race. A race to collect more clients, a race to collect the highest commissions or a race to ruin the lives and careers of hopeful aspirants who want to live and start their lives in this country. I know now we cannot revert the visa decision for my friend, but I hope this review will help you in making a decision while choosing your agent. Truly shameful. Do better Maven.
