I had a complex work visa problem where many other lawyers that I consulted told me that I wont be able to get a work visa. Finally I met Tim from McSweeney Immigration, he is such a gentle person who explained everything in detail from scratch and asked me to get the documents and papers that are required to submit for my work visa. I submitted my work visa through Tim and I got my work visa successfully approved without any problems. I would highly recommend Tim for any visa application process. At 81 yrs of age while visiting my daughter I unexpectedly met Richard. The thought of returning home after an extended stay because of COVID and extended lockdowns was a sad prospect for both of us. A consultation with Tim offered hope that it might be possible for me to be granted a visa, allowing me to stay as Richards partner. Without Tim’s knowledge and expertise we would not have been able to put an application together. His guidance, advice and kind approach gave us confidence to trust him 100% with our application. Throughout the process Tim kept us fully informed every step of the way, resulting in the receipt of my visa, last week. I started dealing with Tim McSweeney in 2015, before immigrating to New Zealand. Anyone who has immigrated, especially at a later stage in life, like I did, can tell you that it is an arduous task, and not for the feint hearted. It's downright daunting and scary. Tim helped us every step of the way, with professionalism, a vast wealth of knowledge, empathy and friendliness. A few years later Tim assisted my sister, brother-in-law and their young son with their immigration to NZ and they had a difficult journey but Tim helped them through it and eventually they received their Work Visa's. Tim also assisted the employer I worked with at the time to attain Accredited Employer status. Again, an outstanding example of Tim's ability and efficiency. I've recommended Tim and his team to many people over the past 6 years, and will continue to do so. He's one the best in his field, in my opinion. PS: I have had experiences with a few other Immigration Lawyers in New Zealand and none came close to what Tim offers.

Highly recommended Tim and his team. Tim is totally professional and very helpful. He has sound knowledge of his field and also he is very polite and humble. When i requested him to pay in installments he easily agreed. Whenever i asked any question he replied with the solution and i never worried about my case. I am writing review after receiving my or my family residency. my case was not easy case but Tim made it very easy. I am very thankful and recommend him 200% for immigration success.
