I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Royal Immigration, Harris Park. I engaged their assistance for my Canada Visitor Visa application, which I submitted with strong supporting documents. Unfortunately, I found their handling of my case to be unprofessional and lacking in basic knowledge of immigration procedures. Despite my efforts, my application was lodged under the wrong portal, significantly reducing my chances of approval. After receiving the refusal, I requested that they initiate the reconsideration process. However, they failed to take the necessary steps or even guide me on the proper process. I had to independently research and send them video links and resources to explain what should be done—yet they continued to ignore my requests and showed no willingness to assist further. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with this agency. In my opinion, they are not well-informed about immigration processes and do not provide the professional guidance expected from a licensed immigration service provider. Sadly, this has resulted in a waste of both my time and money.

I was expecting and Applied for my mother family sponsored visa Subclass 600 on 12th.Sep through royal immigration and got refusal in 27 days amd the reason was home ties. Paid $750 including Gov fee. I blindly trust rakshit sir the way he treated me first time. Sec time he lodged my mom visa free of cost except i paid Gov fee. Again it was the same mistake. 1.No cover letter attached both times 2.statutory declaration attached without signed 2.No clarification and justification about refusal, just refusal copies attached 3. I told you my brother is in switzerland you mentioned him in pakistan 4. 4. I clearly mentioned that my mother is looking after my grandmother who is not well that is the only relationship tie back-home… Didn’t mention any detail about my grand maa in application… didn’t ask me to provide my grandmother medical history, passport or any justification that proves the refusal clause. And alot of more facts. Very bad and disappointing experience.. waste money for no reason
Thankyou so much to Rakshit sir and his team. I had continuously annoyed them with my countless emails and calls but yet they cooperated and stayed calm to help with the visa process. Just in two days and my mums vistors visa was granted after a refusal visa. I had no hopes left of seeing my mum anytime soon but whole heartily thank Royal Migration for making it a dream come. They had been so fast with the progress and so patient in trying to communicate with us. Within a week the application was ready and lodged and in 2 days visa grant was approved. I could not stop my tears from rolling down my cheeks when Rakshit sir called to tell me the good new.
