Never i have felt more joy in my life with this life changing experience of living here in Australia!!!! A life changing experience!!! Please do not waste your time and money on this agency, as their main goal is not giving value, but making max profit. Their price is the highest in Darwin, and there are many other cheaper and better agents out there. I turned to Margie, as my employer highly recommended her, and after the first consultation everything looked promising. She asked me to pay in advance for 3 hours of work, and said very covertly that this should be enough for my case. After having some email conversations about what documents needed do be sent through and what I have to provide, she suddenly said, that her time is exceeded and she want payment for 2 more hours??? Which is outrageous, as she was counting the time in some emails and then decided that time's up. She understood that my case is probably not going to work and the best for her is to get as much money out of me as possible, telling me all kind of nonsense. I have later heard more complains about here using people who are desperate for visa and not helping them. Save yourself from this agency. Hope it helps someone.
It doesn't get any better than having Margie and Cecilia as your migration agents and I don't say this lightly as I am picky with services I choose and I also had experiences with other migration agents here in Australia. Margie and Cecilia are outstanding migration agents for many reasons. They have been through the same process themselves, they know the ever-changing migration law inside out, they are extremely resourceful, fast and think on the go as clients come to them with different requirements and stories. What stands out the most is the empathy that so many migrants lack. Margie and Cecilia know the stress we all go through and they acknowledge it, where many of their migration colleagues ignore it. When I personally had to go through my citizenship process, and having had the insider knowledge of the immigration wording being cryptic to understand, so many make mistakes in their applications that can lead to visa/citizenship declines, I turned to Margie. She not only helped me with providing the correct answers and the correct evidence needed, but she held space for my anxiety - and that was invaluable to me, having had bad experiences in the past. If you are looking for support with your visa or citizenship, it is worth going to the best, and these ladies are the best, no matter where you are based. Their ability to create a certain pathway to get where you wish to end is something many migration agents fail to do. And that failure costs people's dreams and plans. Thank you ladies for your help. Honestly, 5 stars isn't enough to express how I recommend MCA enough to people and how thankful I am for the experience I had with ms. Margie. These people will help you clarify and understand what you need for your visa process. Came in wanting to know why my visa process isnt going forward and Ms. Margie shown light as to what might be the problem (and it definitely wasnt in the sites I searched on when applying). Very grateful for this team, no matter what the outcome of my process is. The knowledge and the positive attitude will help anxious people, such as myself.
It was one of a roller coaster ride starting a family and securing our permanent residency in Australia all at the same time. Emotions were high, we dont know what to do, but MCA- like a true family helped and guided us through. I had a consultation with them and I did not regret because they made my experience great. Cecilia talked to me about the pathways for acquiring my permanency. She was very knowledgeable about immigration laws and rules. She is very professional and even encourage me to prepare my documents in advance while waiting for the skills assessment. She will suggest what is best and suits you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, if you want to apply for another visa; have any concerns or visa problem, book or call them they will immediately response.
