Migration Downunder assisted me in getting me a subclass 482 visa and my migration agent was Louise Bartok , the overall process was smooth and ended up in grant of Visa , the people at migration Downunder are very helpful and assist you in every phase of your visa application process,they are very prompt in replying to your queries related to the visa and also give valuable advise that eventually helps in securing a visa , I can say that in my case at least . I wish them all the luck and at the same time want to thank them as well.
We used Migration Downunder for our partner visa application onshore. Our agent Erin was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process along with the other staff that we worked with. Well since the first day I have contacted them, they where very friendly and kind to me over the phone and they have answered all my questions and felt so comfortable with them, so I asked them to handle me and my partners visas. Down Under Visa provide us with fantastic service. We did an offshore partner visa application for my wife Florina. We got the Visa really quickly, only 4 months, and that I’m sure was because of the thorough job that Down Under Visa did with our application. I found the whole process very professional. The team at Down Under Visa really know what they are doing. They have a portal website that makes it easy to track and submit all of the requirements. Everything that we were required to do was listed on the website. Basically all I had to do was provide them with everything they asked for. If I had any questions along the way, they were really responsive. They provided me with good advice and I was confident that I was in good hands. I’ve got friends who have used other agents and they are still waiting for their visa, because I think they used a generic agent who did not know the specifics of Filipina visa applications. Jeff and the team at Down Under Visa specialise in applying for visa’s for Australia/ Filipina couples. They make sure when they submit they visa application that it is done correctly with all the information required. Now my wife and I are happily living in Australia, planning our family. I have just had my Permanent Residency granted which is all down to Migration Downunder! Their highly skilled, co-operative and friendly team including Alice and Julie provided me with invaluable advice when I was in a tricky visa situation two years ago and guided me along the way to obtain my 457 Visa and then my 189 visa. Nothing was ever too much for them and they were always there to answer my calls and emails if I had any queries or felt anxious. It all started with me messing up my 485 visa. We met Rowena in early 2017 and she tried her best to sort all the mess that i created. Bless her hard work it was finally approved after having to come back on a different visa then reapplying for the 485. Used their service for three different visas.We applied for PR this year in 2018. Alice, Julie, Lisa and Silvana have been of great support.
