My experience with migration downunder has been excellent. I contacted them to request assistance with the health waiver process. Her prompt response to offering feedback on the documentation supplied, as well as her organisation of the documentation in an organised manner, along with the submission letter, helped to conclude the entire process in a short period of time. I was at ease during the process because, based on my first meeting with Alice, I had complete faith that she was very knowledgeable and experienced in the procedure. I highly recommended them. My wife is Thai I am Australian. We married in Thailand 4 years ago. We made big mistake using Thai agent. He took our money and did a poor job. Then we discovered through one of my wife’s friends. Migration down under and the wonderful Silvana and Victoria. They fought for us and they sacrificed their time and the company did a free application to get my wife’s visa. Service above and beyond any company I have ever dealt with. If you want to get a visa for your partner this is a wonderful company to deal with.

We applied and gained visa 300. Our journey commenced with Julie who was very caring and understanding and inspired our confidence with her authoritative depth of knowledge. Based on this we engaged in their services. We were assigned Silvana as our case manager and she was magnificent!!! Silvana was so genuinely caring and patient with us and exhibited great knowledge of the migration system. I have been recommended by a friend to see Julie Williams to assist with my sister’s declined tourist visa. She immediately knew what to do and advised not to appeal but to re-lodge a new application but through the sponsored route.
