During the past four to five years, Alice Wang has been super professional in the process of assisting me in applying for both of my temporary working visa and PR visa. When I asked her about issues not related to those two visas, she was also very happy to answer my questions and provide advice. Julie was also a nice person. This month my 820 visa granted since I lodged it in September which is quick! First time, My partner and I tried to do it ourselves but everything was overwhelming and confusing so decided to do it with Migration Downunder agency after an research and an initial conversation with Julie.
