I personally had a very disappointing experience with this agency. Before engaging them, I read through all their positive reviews, which is what convinced me to go ahead — so I want to share the other side. After I submitted all my documentation, I heard nothing back for almost a month. When I eventually gave up and asked to cancel, they deducted 25% of my skill assessment fee — around AUD 500 — and refunded the rest. For that AUD 500, the only thing I ever received from them was a checklist they call the "Proprietary Document." No assessment, no real progress, just a document and a month of silence. In fairness, many people have left positive reviews, and that's exactly why I chose them. But my own experience simply wasn't good, and I wanted to share it so others can make an informed decision. My advice: if you do go ahead with them, negotiate the cancellation clause upfront — so you're not left paying AUD 500 for a checklist if things don't work out.
