I had a great experience with Mindu Migration Agency. Initially, my migration process was handled by another MARA lawyer. I received the NSW 491 nomination in June 2025. Usually, the application assessment is completed within 2 to 6 weeks, but even after six weeks, I did not receive any update from NSW. When I contacted my MARA lawyer, she informed me that the application would be approved soon. However, when I asked further questions and raised concerns, she did not respond properly. As a result, I was unhappy with her service. After that, I contacted Mindu Migration in November 2025. They restarted my application, and within one week, I received approval from NSW. In December 2025, my visa application was lodged, and the medical examination was completed in the first week of January 2026. By God’s grace, my family and I received our visa grant on 28/01/2026. I sincerely appreciate Mindu and Sruthy for their hard work and dedication. They were very friendly, and whenever I had questions, they responded immediately. My family and I highly recommend Mindu Migration. I wish them all the very best for their future.
