This company blows my mind. My case was handled by Steve and his team. Steve went way and beyond with my application when I got stuck, he was patience, explained and requested document accordingly as well as keeping me update and following up on my application process. Moreover, he always responded to my emails and enquiries within a day or two. Their service is definitely beyond 5 stars and their charging fees are acceptable. It was a great experience. I started contacting Agent Pung in February 2022. She provided detailed information about the courses and procedures. I made my decision in early March, prepared the documents, applied for the course, paid the fees, and submitted the visa application immediately. It took just over a month because my friend used a Thai agent before me and applied a month later. However, the waiting time is unreliable; everyone waited a long time, including me. But my visa was approved, and I'm traveling on September 7th. Thank you to Mosaic Migration and Education, especially Pung, for following up and supporting me throughout the 4-5 months. If anyone is interested, I recommend contacting their team.
