Moving countries is never easy and we need all the help and support possible especially with the legal paperwork side of things. Nia at my migration agent made this transition seem so comfortable and effortless. She is a fantastic immigration agent and we are so happy to have used their services. Nia is compassionate,patient and extremely knowledgeable in handling all types of migration visas. Everyone at the company was wonderful to deal with. Undoubtedly the best migration agents in town. My wife's partner visa got refused along with a three-year banned and no with review opportunities as per the case officers refusal letter a year ago. We were devastated, felt helpless and dejected until we found Glenn. Also that my wife was pregnant with a three-month old growing in her made things a little worse. From start Glenn and Judith we very empathetic, very helpful and understanding. Glenn went over our case throughly and then explained to us clearly why he thought the case officer's decision was flawed, how unjustly we had been dealt with and how we could go about contesting it. Yes, he told us he would help us fight the decision and that the case could be reviewed by the AAT which the "case officer" thought otherwise. Instantly, he brought a bright light inside our dark room. Thereon, he helped us put the case forward to the AAT as well as worked out a way to keep my wife in the country. With god grace, our baby boy is now with us together. Glenn worked with us through each and every process and worked tirelessly to prepare all the arguments for the case at the AAT, which we won. Here we are almost a year later, my wife has now been granted the partner visa. Glenn we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us.
