This incident happened on 24th February 2026. This was my very first time contacting them, and I had never engaged with their services before. I called to inquire about a 485 visa consultation and politely asked for the Melbourne office contact number. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke with behaved very unprofessionally and provided an incorrect contact number that was not working. After asking multiple times, I eventually managed to find the correct contact number myself. The most disappointing part was that they later tried to resolve the issue by offering a free consultation. However, I believe that if an organisation cannot properly welcome and assist a new customer at the first point of contact, it raises serious concerns about the quality of their consultation and guidance. This is not necessarily about the whole agency, but I also discussed this matter with Suman Dua and was not satisfied with the outcome. I personally chose to decline their offer and will be proceeding with another agent. I sincerely hope they improve their approach and treat new customers with more professionalism in the future.
