I had a 30 min consultation. We were advis3d that for our scenario we could apply for the 143 offshore now and then when my parent turned 67 we could to the 864 on shore and by doing that we would hold our que date. The downside paying the application fee twice. We have just had a paid session with a different lawyer and they have stated that this is not a strategy and no such exists. Very disappointing to be giving incorrect advice when the financial impact is so high for families.
