I will always be grateful and thankful for my friend that introduced me to ci Lanny and then processed me to Pooja. They are amazing at what they do, especially Pooja. Love how from the start she is straight to the point on what options are possible and what's not. They won't pressure you to immediately make a decision when the options were slim, not like some agents that I've experienced that pressured you and scared you into signing and paying even when the timing and prospect was still ambiguous. They really truly care if you have a chance or not and don't rush you into signing anything until the possibility is there. Then soon after, every step of the way she is concise, detailed and thorough in every possible way. For those that know, the documents and files for this type of stuff is endless and Pooja rechecked them multiple times over to make sure those files are correct. Even when the wait turns out longer than expected, Pooja gave me the reassurance that I need to not stress on the wait (which is always a scary and stress inducing period iykyk). I highly reccomended them because of how trustworthy and straight to the point they are. And don't worry about their location, I'm based in Syndey and our communication has never been a problem.
