We used New Zealand Shores to help us through our resident visa process. We really enjoyed working with Julia and Chelsea. They were responsive, encouraging, and professional. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and we felt confident in their knowledge and abilities. New Zealand Shores made the process smooth and I would definitely recommend using them for your New Zealand or Australia Immigration needs. New Zealand Shores have been extremely helpful for us in organising a Partnership Work Visa and Residency Visa. We felt very well supported by our immigration adviser, Chelsea, throughout the entire process, and she provided clear and regular communication on next steps and on what we could expect. The admin for receiving these visas was clearly explained and easy to follow. Both visas were received well in advance of when we needed them and we thank NZ Shores and Chelsea for their wonderful help. Would highly recommend NZ Shores to anyone needing immigration advice/assistance.
We had a wonderful experience with NZS's services. Clintivene Sechel was our advisor, and she is exceptional. Every piece of advice she provided was 100% on point, and when working with her, you immediately realize she’s just brilliant. In addition to her deep immigration knowledge, she is extremely warm, supportive, and truly understands the emotional side of the journey. There were no repeated cycles or delay; she executed our visas with incredible efficiency. She is undoubtedly one of the best in her field, and we highly recommend her to anyone pursuing a visa. What a great team and service! We heard their name pop up several times on podcasts so reached out when we decided that we wanted to try to move to NZ and we are SO glad we used them - Exceptional service making the process so straight forward. They assisted the whole way through, offering job seeking support, CV guidance, visa advice and explanations, document organisation, and they even dealt with immigration NZ for us. All we had to do was send them the stuff the asked for. We got our residence visa in 6 weeks. Would definitely recommend using them!

Without a doubt, working with NZ Shores was one of the best decisions we could have made. When we started our journey towards a new life in New Zealand, we were lost and confused on just how to navigate everything with a residency visa. For us, it was not as simple as just fill out the forms and send the requested papers as I had/have some medical issues that needed a waiver. Through this who process I was terrified that my health would cost my family the chance to come here for a better life, but our advisor, Charlotte, was an absolute gem of a human being. She was such a comfort to us as she navigated the process for us. She worked to get us where we needed to be, made sure we had a plan and a back up plan. She gave us honest and accurate information every step of the way. She calmed us when we were worried this may not happen, but always with truth and reality, not just platitudes to calm us. Through it all, every question, every fear, every rating email we sent, Charlotte was there to respond. Yesterday, we arrived in New Zealand to start our new adventures. Would it have been possible to do on our own? Maybe, but I doubt it. Without NZ Shores, especially Charlotte, I highly doubt we would be here. If you are thinking about doing what we did and moving to this amazing place, you would not regret having her in your corner to guide you through the process and have her fighting for you. I highly recommend New Zealand Shores for anyone embarking on their adventure in NZ! Winnie kicked things off, and then Charlotte seamlessly took the reins in securing our Straight to Residency visas, which we applied for overseas. I should mention and appreciate Charlotte for her dedication to making it happen, especially amidst challenging circumstances. She truly went above and beyond and communicated back and forth with immigration officers and us until we received residency in NZ! What a journey it was! She is a rockstar!
