I cannot recommend NZ shores enough. Our agent, Clintevene, was organized, helpful and supportive from start to finish. He responded to queries promptly and was instrumental in us obtaining our visa. I know that some people say that navigating the INZ website is super easy and it is not necessary to pay extra for an agency to do the work for you, but in our case, I would do it all over again the same way. It gave us peace of mind in ensuring we had all of our documentation in order and we did not have to wait around for ages to be told there were problems with documents. NZ shores was worth every penny and I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Clintivene was our 'calm in the storm'. Post Covid, so much changed and was constantly changing that we could not have navigated this ride without her. Her patient and reassuring manner could always be counted on and even when websites etc. did not work quite right, the NZ Shores team worked together to facilitate the process. We never waited longer than a day for a response to a mail or request. We fly out in a week! This was a 5 star review - for our AEWV - we have run into some significant challenges with our residency application and I am not yet sure where the blame lies - review therefore downgraded to a 3 for neautrality. - Could not just remove. Will update again once this challenge has run its course

I went to NZShore with the personal recommendation given by one of my friends and I'm really happy to say that the support given by NZShore for our resident visa is amazing. I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Julia from New Zealand shores. Coming from South Africa, I was very sceptical about the whole "immigration process", always assuming the worst. But I have had quite the opposite experience. I was informed the whole way, every question was answered, the service was exceptional, documentation was all sorted and Julia was a phone call away as she held my hand throughout the process. New Zealand Shores offered Excellent and Professional service to obtain Dependant Child Resident Visas for both our older boys, coming from South Africa. From the start, it seemed like an impossible task but Clintivene Sechel, an Immigration Advisor from New Zealand Shores, guided us through every step of the way.
