My first consultation with Kirk regarding a student visa was with him. He passed me on to Jasper. After we contacted each other, his dismissive attitude and completely unprofessional answers were shocking. Here's what we discussed: First, he was clueless about policy issues, showing a complete lack of professionalism. Second, he didn't know if I was eligible for a student visa, saying that learning English was pointless—a serious misrepresentation. Third, he suggested I apply for a tourist visa, saying the rejection rate was quite high, and I should try it and see if I could get in. This advice was extremely irresponsible. Later, when I asked Kirk to change consultants, they only offered excuses. You successfully wasted my time. A word of warning to anyone else: be careful!
