I am very happy with Arsh sir services. He is not only professional in his work but also very humble, down to earth person. He came in our life like god when all doors closed from everywhere . Rashu kehal here My experience with no worry migration Was extremely good, very professional staff When I finish my study, I was looking for a lawyer to do my further process and I was looking For lawyers online and I found no worry migration lawyer they had really good reviews so I booked the appointment. The first chat was very professional , Mr Arsh Cleared all my doubts in one seating and Guided me for further process , They seemed very trustworthy lawyers for me . I applied my 485 Visa from them , Well my case Was a little complicated As I changed my study when I came to Australia and didn’t apply for new study visa , also My study was completed five months ago and I was running behind and was only left with 1 month to do my PTE and apply for my 485 . I completed a Diploma of Community Services through ACWA. For my placements, I did the first one as a youth support worker through my job, and the second one was arranged by my college. I came to Australia 2009 on student visa . After 2 year study I need to apply my further studies but my visa was about to finish so I applied for new study visa but I got visa refusel, reason for that is issues with my funds because the agent who applied my visa said he will charge me extra money but he will show my funds I don’t need to worry anything I said ok but in the end I got email from immigration they said that I had shown false funds know department will have to refuse your visa and put conditions on you to be wrong information now you can not apply any other visa in Australia. Then I applied my MRT. After 6 months one of my friend said you can Marry to any Australian PR or citizens girl then you can get back on to apply Australia pr or citizens I said ok then I found someone in my life she is Australian citizen I got married to her apply for my PR but get refusel again reason they think it’s fake marriage otherwise you might have baby with your partner so I applied MRT again then after 9 months my MRT was open and then I had no other option to go back to India but I decided not go back to India I got under ground again for 2 years. Then I don’t know what to do next I had very hard time regarding job or financialy but I stick together with my friends in that difficult time and leave everything in gods hands. Then I decide that I m going to talk to my parents about my situation that I don’t have any visa left I might come back to India soon and being parents they want me to be happy in life not in stress so I decided to go back to India but then I met another girl in the function and get good friend to her and then we start liking each other so I explain her my situation she decided to continue that relationship with me and we get married. Then he said first I need you to come back on genuine visa so we need to apply for minister intermation so for that you need to have baby with your partner so our case is very strong then I said ok then once I have baby he applied my minister intermation we get that in 11 months time with that I get my work rights as well that was the beginning of my second life in Australia as a legal visa holder so then my agent applied my PR file which was get accepted by immigration because I was on legal visa and have minister permission to apply my partner visa while I’m in Australia so all that is possible because of my agent Arsh Dhillon . So last month I got my PR after 15 years in Australia with so much up and down in my life so all credit goes to my wife who stick with me my all good or bad time.
