I had to take day off to put this down as i consider Novo migration to be God's sent. I was referred by a friend and Jesus was very welcoming not forgetting Pam. This is the best agency you could use very understanding, kind teamwork. They will take you step by step from A to Z. regular zoom meetings with Jesus to follow up. Communication is just 101% with Novo migration they will respond immediately unless otherwise. Very fair with their prices. My experience with Novo Migration was just magnificient! I did the main part of my immigration process with NM, from my graduate visa till my permanent residency. During this process, Jesus was always very organised with all the documents which made the process quick and smooth (no stress at all). In addition, Jesus submitted quickly my applications and the response was quite quick as well. He always informed me of the results immediately. Besides, Jesus was always very attentive to respond any question I'd have through his different communication channels. Furthermore, the payments were always clearly specified with their respective invoice emailed straight away. Arranging appointments was never an issue either, many options and flexibility on their times too.
