Made initial appointment and paid the deposit. Texted them multiple times about furnishing more details so as to make the appointment more efficient, but no response. Had a couple of automated emails reminding me of the appointment. Went down to the office as per the appointment timing, but none of them were aware I had an appointment, citing system error on their part. One of the staff even mistook me for another client. Waited for 30 minutes, only to hear that I had to wait another 1.5 hours for the assigned agent to attend to us. I then demanded the refund of my deposit and left. Wasted 3 hours of my time and effort travelling and waiting. Very horrible experience!
