I spoke to Babban over the phone, and even without paying any consultation fees, she gave me the best advice without hesitation or asking me to book a consultation. This was quite refreshing, as most people expect payment before even acknowledging basic questions. Since I had already completed most of my application myself, she reassured me that I could lodge it on my own because I had done almost everything correctly. She could easily have encouraged me to go through her for additional fees, especially since I was feeling confused, but instead she gave me confidence and clarity. She was incredibly friendly and even asked me to share the good news once I receive my visa grant, mind you, this was my first time speaking with her. It was such a kind gesture. The advice she gave me for free was genuinely helpful. God bless this human!
