Sumit is a very approachable agent unlike other agent where you were the one chasing them just to ask questions. He will follow up requirements you havent done yet and even guide you step by step how to do things. literally anytime you contact him, he wil make time to discuss matters. I didnt regret paying for his services because it is really worth it more specifically for visa processing where strict requirements and intricate documents are needed. One more thing to mention is that the price of his service is very competitive. 30% less than most of agencies i inquired. I can really vouch for this guy.
