Diljan helped my friend with a very complicated Australian student visa application. My friend had previously overstayed in America after being involved in a hit-and-run accident, which made the case much harder to explain. Diljan is honestly the best immigration lawyer in Melbourne. He helped us so much with my wife’s complicated partner visa situation. We applied for her offshore Partner 309 visa, then she came to Australia on a visitor visa and became pregnant while she was here. Because it was not safe for her to travel during the pregnancy, Diljan handled everything professionally and applied for the waiver so she could stay in Australia and be granted a bridging visa while the partner visa matter was being processed. His knowledge, care, and attention to detail made a very stressful situation much easier for our family.
