I contacted them hoping to find a migration agent that could help me. I considered Monica was knowledgeable, but the experience at the end was frustrating. After our initial consultation, I was told it was okay to reach out to clarify any questions, which I did as I wanted to better understand what I needed to do. Sadly, I felt she interpreted my continued questioning as resistance to her legal advice, and from that point on the tone of the conversation changed and became less collaborative, which of course led to frustration and a bad experience on my end.
Monica and her team are amazing. From day one I felt so informed and supported on my visa journey. They made the process a lot less stressful than it would have been alone. Yesterday I received a call from Otto Migration at 9pm.... guess it was one of the best phone calls I've ever received. My PR (subclass 801) got approved and Monica and Marta made sure to promptly advise me, even tho it was late evening. This team cares about you, about your visa process, about the outcome.
