I cannot recommend Annette enough! From the start, she has been so responsive, and made the whole process so easy and effective. In the middle of it, even though it took a while, Annette was communicating with us through it, making sure we had all the documentation required, and reassuring us throughout the process. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care really stood out, and we always felt supported every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always quick to answer any questions we had. Thanks to Annette, what could have been a stressful experience felt smooth, and manageable. We are so grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a migration agent they can trust.
Where do I start… We’ve had quite a long journey with Annette Culley at Ozgo Migration, and I can’t recommend her enough. A friend in Perth recommended her to us even though we were in Sydney, and I’m so glad we went with her — it really doesn’t matter where you are in Australia, Annette can handle it all. We first reached out seven years ago when we arrived. She helped us with our 482 nomination and sponsorship, then guided us smoothly through the 186 transition for permanent residency while I was working with a Carpenrty company. Everything went well and we successfully became permanent residents. Now that we’re permanent residents, we decided to go for Australian citizenship. Annette was quick to reply as always, helped fill out all the documents, and kept the cost reasonable like she always does. It’s been a long road together, and I can’t thank Annette enough for making my family’s dreams come true. Thanks to her, we’re able to stay and build our life here in Australia. If you’re dealing with visas or citizenship, Annette at Ozgo is the one to go to!
We engaged Annette's services based on a referral from a friend whom Annette had helped with their visa application process. Annette was extremely helpful in explaining the general overall process as we had absolutely no idea where to start. It was all extremely daunting up until that point. Annette provides an easy to follow system of gathering all the required supporting documentation required to satisfy the application process, where she checks everything, which again takes away all the stress for us of making sure that all documents are submitted correctly, the first time. A phone call is all it takes and Annette will either answer on the spot or come back asap after clarification with the relevant department. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the client and achieving the best and most stress free visa application process for the client, you cannot go past Annette. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I highly recommend Annette!! She's so organised, knowledgable, personable and professional. We had been to multiple migration consultants and after receiving mixed information, we contacted Annette as she was recommended to us. From the 1st meeting we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed knowing that she was all over the process and intricacies of navigating the visa application space which can be very overwhelming. Annette was extremely clear with the information she needed from us, she kept us up to date through every stage and took a genuine interest in our situation and showed compassion throughout the entire process. Engaging Annette was an excellent choice and value for money - she removed all the stress and was able to achieve a favourable outcome when others were unable to. I wouldn't hesitate to engage Annette in the future should we need to.
Annette is extremely helpful and easily available to provide guidance and support any time. I worked with Annette over the course of almost 2 years; exploring which visa option was best for me. Annette worked with my employer on a 482 Visa; she assisted me with a 417 Visa; as well as provided guidance on my 820 Visa Application. If she doesn't have the answer in front of her, she always gets back to you promptly with her advice. I would definitely use Annette again in the future and appreciate all of her support, as the visa application process can be extremely daunting.
If you're looking for a migration agent, Ozgo IS what you're looking for! Professional, effective and efficient - worth the price! I was recommended to contact Annette when applying for partner visa and that was the best decision I made. Annette helped us with all the complicated process, endless amounts of forms, checklists and and things to do. She was always able to answer our questions patiently, quickly and in detail. Thanks to her we've successfully past the most difficult step in my visa application process and we're almost at the end of the journey! Couldn't recommend Annette and Ozgo more.
If you want a successful visa application, you MUST use Ozgo. Look nowhere else. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Ozgo for an Australian visa. I honestly cannot say enough about how grateful I am.
