I am disappointed with my experience with Palmer Migration Services in relation to an outstanding business matter. My company issued an invoice for referral commissions in December 2024, which remains unpaid despite multiple follow-ups. A payment plan was discussed and agreed, however no payments have been received to date. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter directly and amicably, but have not received a response or resolution. Due to this ongoing issue, I have escalated the matter through appropriate formal channels. Based on this experience, I am unable to recommend their services.
Me and my partner used Palmer Migration regarding our partner (820/801) visa application. I was able to get my permanent residency faster than expected thanks to the team. James had provided prompt and accurate instructions. Whenever we had questions, he had responded right away. He is very informative, and his knowledge is very impressive. He is a professional, meticulous, clear communicator and evidently an expert in his field. His phone is always open to phone calls and texts, he always replied very promptly. We had a very successful application thanks to James's outstanding knowledge and professionalism. Thank you so much James. Michael has been exceptional with the handling of clients and goes above and beyond to fulfill his duties! Without his proactiveness and diligence, I would not have progress towards getting my visa grant! It was initially an uncertain journey for me, full of what ifs and what don'ts, but I know I can rely to people like Michael and Mr. Palmer to handle my case. The reassurance, understanding, and empathy showed by Michael must be recognised! All his efforts goes to show that he is best in what he do and I seriously hope all the good things in life for him. Please do your research properly for the right agent. Palmer Migration did not assist my brother properly with his student visa. They did not even check his GTE and it takes them so long to reply to your inquiries. James Palmer was not very helpful and friendly. My brother was just a number and unfortunately, we paid them money for doing the work I can easily do. I required assistance in this instance due to my brother’s circumstances but the assistance they provided was really poor. On top of that, AMET their partner agency is taking forever to process the health insurance refund. I have been ringing BUPA plenty of times to hopefully speed up the process and now I am getting somewhere. I am so disappointed with their service. If I can give 0 star rating, then I would.
I’m so happy to share my experience with Palmer Migration, most especially to James! I will never forget the day I have spoken to him and he is the only one who reassured & believed in my application that I will have a positive outcome with my Australian PR journey and it did! He always answers my questions, quick to respond, very supportive and charge reasonably (doesn’t take advantage)! I already recommended him with my friends and didn’t get disappointed. James and Ms Dona’s partnership in Palmer Migration is the best. The service they have given to me and to our international student visa application is fast and on point. James and Ms Dona are very helpful and knowledgeable and very kind too.
