I have applied for my spouse through Thong Nguyen, he and his helpful secretaries guided me fantastically through various issues that I faced during entire application. I can't recommend enough Mahalingam Sutharshan (Shan) and his team. Shan is very professional, detailed in his work and preparation and a lovely guy. My husband twice before has been to the tribunal and twice to the Federal Court, on the third instance at the tribunal and 7 years of fighting for his visa, we won with Shan representing us and working tirelessly on our case. I only wish I had met him sooner. It was evident at our first meeting the level of knowledge and professionalism he displayed, which made me feel at ease. I will definately be highly recommending him to others who require such services. Can't thank Shan enough, thankyou to you and the team for freeing us from 7 years of fighting the system for my husband's partner visa. WE can finally live our lives in peace!!!
My partner and I dealt with Parish Patience Immigration Lawyers to get my partner's Student Visa (Subclass 500) and a partner visa for myself. We had initial talks with Ali and Alasdair, following which we were taken care of by Ali. At the end of our first meeting, which was very in-depth and thorough, we had a lot of confidence in the firm taking care of our visa and we decided to go with them instead of the first law firm we had been working with. They did not shy away from questions and ensured an optimal solution was found for our unique situation. I work full time, and through their process designing, I did not have to miss a single day of work as the visas changed over. Their pricing is reasonable for the amount of work they do. The process was very smooth and we will be working with them again for our next visas.
Excellent Service from Parish Patience. I would highly recommend it for anyone lodging their residency application. I have known about Parish Patience from several years, as many of my friends and colleagues were it’s clients who received really good results on their applications despite difficulties. Mr. Billah has handled the file very professionally and their service was quick. The team of Billah and Aneri is good to deal with. I have lodged my TR and PR through them, and they did everything for me, cant recommend them highly enough.... Aneri Mehta helped alot and followed up with me though out the whole process. As my friends have mentioned to me,the name of the law firm matters when submitting a file, and I strongly suggest visiting Parish Patience for your case, as the quality of service is what differentiates them from other visa agents or law firms. I came upon Parish Patience by reading through these reviews. I was worrying about which PR application pathway to take as my previous visa was close to expiring, and even though my EOI was already in place I was still not getting invited. None of the previous immigration agents I’ve been to, felt like they genuinely wanted to help me and kept asking about payment before clarifying about visa options. It was late in the afternoon and I had a chance to consult with Ali Charif. He was very polite and honest. He actually took the time to talk to me, not rushing or anything. He answered all of my enquiries and explained my options thoroughly. I ended up being the one to ask about the payment costs because I was reassured that I was in good hands. Once I got invited to apply for my PR, he took time to meet me and answer my emails promptly when I had questions and concerns. He kept me well-informed, proofread my application several times and made sure everything was correct before we submit it. Even when he was unable to go to work for a while, he made sure that my application was taken care of by a colleague, Aneri Mehta, and she was as thorough and efficient. I thank them both for making this process less stressful and worrying. After just two months, I received my PR and a happy new year this is. Thank you Ali, Ryan and Aneri for all your help. I submitted application for my son's PR with the help of Thong Nguyen and his team including Marlene Roncal and Kazusha Higashioka. It was due to their constant help,support and guidance that I was able to submit the application on time.Currently,I am working in a remote area in Australia,they were most understanding of my circumstances and readily offered alternative solutions when needed.Not only, was I able to submit the application on time,met the deadlines,the most pleasant surprise was receiving the PR visa grant for my son in record time of 7 weeks after the submission of application.Thank you for always being patient with all my queries, it meant a lot.
