I’ve worked on several visa applications with this lawyer (won’t mention the name), and they were all successful. However, I have mixed feelings about the attitude and quality of service. While she responds to questions quickly, there was an instance a few years ago when she screamed at me over the phone regarding a query I had. I understand she might not recall the incident, but it left a lasting impression. More recently, I lodged my PR application independently and reached out to her with a question about a previous visa application she had handled. Her response was unfriendly and came across as rude (i.e if you have done it by yourself so how will we know what is going on? - I was politely asking the question on the previous application) If you’re looking purely for good results, I recommend them. However, if you value a pleasant and professional experience, this might not be the right fit for you.
