More than a year ago, I contacted Parish Patience to obtain their advice because my girlfriend was from China and I wanted to get married with her. We met with Mr Shan who explained the first step was to get an FOI to find out the my girlfriend's current visa status, for a small nominal fee. Unlike some other immigration agents, he was not in a hurry to take our money and lodge any applications if there was little chance of success. After the FOI, he explained our options and the chances of success. We enlisted the help of PP to lodge an application and to act as our agent, and it was a complicated and difficult process to gather statements and evidence. The contract price was final and all inclusive of all services and meetings, right up to an appeal if that would be needed too. I have a disability, so it was important that Mr Shan's team was patient and helpful with me at all times. Mr Shan has comprehensive knowledge of immigration law and government processes. After a long process time, we were successful in our application and I doubt we could have done it without Mr Shan's help. I can recommend their services to anyone needing immigration advice.
