According to my experience, I would not recommend going with them. They do not value customers’ time at all. Every time I called, they either didn’t pick up or said, “Our agent is in a meeting, we will call you back in 30 minutes.” But they never called back. This happened five times. I even told the receptionist that I had already been told the same thing four times before, but she didn’t seem to care and just repeated that they would call back in 30 minutes. I waited every time and never received a return call. Very disappointing service and poor communication.

Worst experiences I've ever had with a visa/migration service!! (Don't be fooled by their 4.7-star rating) Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. They promised to handle my university offer and application quickly (within 2-3 days), but completely ignored me. I tried contacting my counsellor more than 10 times via calls and messages but no reply, no callback, nothing. They simply stopped responding, no updates about my offer letter! Before, they blamed me for their own delays and mistakes, which ended up costing me extra fees from the university. Instead of owning up to their errors, they insisted it was all my fault and refused to take any responsibility. During the initial "free consultation" with the migration agent, they gave confusing and pushy advice, suggesting specific courses during session breaks or unusual options that clearly benefited them through commissions from certain universities. They chase you aggressively until you pay the fees, but once the payment is made and they've secured their commission, communication drops to zero. No proper support, no updates, no help when you actually need it. Don't be fooled by their 4.7-star rating, these seem to come from students who were pressured or forced into leaving positive feedback right after paying, before realizing how bad the after service is. I strongly advise international students to avoid them completely. Save yourself the stress & disappointment, look for a more reliable and ethical provider. Worst experience possible. 0/10!!
