I had an excellent experience with Phillip Silver & Associates. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every stage and made everything smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Cherie and the team for their dedication and outstanding support. The only area for improvement would be communication when trying to reach the migration agents by phone. On a few occasions, when they were unavailable, I did not receive a callback. Improving this would make the overall experience even better.

Phillip Silver and his team go above and beyond. In 2018, when we first considered moving to Australia, we met with Immigration agents and lawyers and all of them told us that we will never call Australia home. We met Phillip in 2022, and he told us that there is a way into Australia for us. We actually had a few options to choose from. Phillip and Hafizah guided us all the way. In May 2023 we received our TSS482 visas and we landed in Australia in June 2023. Now, less than 3 years later, Phillip and Hafizah secured us Permanent Residency.
