Reinstating PR on compassionate grounds. I knew as soon as I walked into Pinnacle offices in Joondalup that I was going to use Tanya as our immigration agent. The award nominations displayed in the office, the well presented professional who straight away asked all the relevant questions and detailed all the options each with the exact cost involved in order to pursue the visa. The whole process of gathering the evidence we needed was detailed clearly and we uploaded it on to the pinnacle portal which was very simple. Tanya gave us a time frame for the visa and it was returned successfully well within the time stated. I would highly recommend Tanya to friends and family. Thank you again Tanya for helping us
Do not waste your time and your money going there for your opportunity to stay in Australia. I had to do much more work than necessary as she asks for an overwhelming amount of unnecessary paperwork, but because she did not listen to me properly and understood my needs, and because she is not informed well, she a) told me not to apply for one Visa scheme which would have given me a PR straight away as another person with similar qualifications I know got the PR through that way (and was surprised to hear this migration agent discouraged me from applying), and b) due to the choices she had made on behalf of me in skillselect the government invited me for a Visa I did not want which I had to not take and therefore lost my opportunity to stay in Australia and had to migrate out after 9 years of living and working there. I literally had to ask for the account details she used to sign me up for in skillselect and take matters into my own hands and saw the mistakes she made because she did not listen to me and lost an opportunity to get invited for the proper Visa I needed. After speaking with another migration agent and explaining to him all the things she told me, he pointed out in multiple cases that she made mistakes due to her lack of knowledge which cost me my opportunity to stay in Australia. Go and find another migration agent who is actually going to put you first, listens to you, and knows what they're doing. I sincerely wish I had never gone to her.
